Dear CLS Families,

 

It is hard to believe, but it's already time to begin the reenrollment process for next school year. I would personally like to thank you for choosing Calvary for your child's school and to communicate with you that it is indeed our privilege to work with you and your child. Thank you for allowing us to continue our educational partnership with you!

 

I would like to assure you that over the course of the next year, we will continue to provide a           consistent, quality rich experience that will equip your child with core values and a quality education. The experiences that we offer to your child will lead to another successful year in their educational journey.

 

Our Lord has richly blessed Calvary for many years and I am confident that He will continue to       provide us with the many wonderful people and resources that make Calvary such a unique place!

 

Enclosed you will find all of the forms that are needed for re-enrollment in the 2013 - 2014 school year. Please complete the forms and return them to school. We are requesting that you submit your completed forms by February 28, 2013. The completion of the forms will assist us in ensuring that we are ready for the beginning of the new school year. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

FEES:

  • Application Fee: $75 per student   One-time only for new applicants...grades PS-8th
  • Registration Fee: $275 per student ...grades PS - 8th. This is a non-refundable payment, due with the 2013-2014 school year application, which secures a space for your child in a selected class.
  • Outdoor Education Fee: $300 per student ... 5th - 8th Grades.
    • Payment options:  
      • Paid-in full prior to beginning of school year.
      • Pro-rated into tuition payment to be paid in full 1 month prior to event.

Early Enrollment Incentives:   Register by Feb. 28th: receive a 5% tuition discount

                                           Register by Mar. 29th: receive a 4% tuition discount

 

Extended Care Rates: Please contact the school office for details.                                        

 

Tuition Payment Procedure: Again this year we will be using SMART TUITION. SMART TUITION will be handling all financial exchanges beginning with the June 1, 2013 payment. Families may choose among a number of payment options including credit card and EFT. Registration for this mandatory program will be sent in the spring. *3% Transaction Fee

 

Multi-child Discount: The multiple child discounts of $500 off the 2nd, 3rd child applies to PS-8, M-F, Full Day Students.    

 

Special Discount:Pay the annual tuition in full by June 1, 2013, to receive an additional 2% discount off tuition.

Enrollment Priority:

  • February 15, 2013: Priority placement is given to all current families through this date. This applies to class placement of currently enrolled students and siblings enrolling for the first time in Pre-School through 8th grade.
  • February 16, 2013: Enrollment is open to church members and families who have had students in attendance in the past.
  • March 1, 2013: Enrollment is open to the general public.
