Misc. Jobs - Correction

To the BoG this is a short list. I have requested a list of things that need doing from the teachers.

Asterisk denotes importance health and safety

Small jobs 1-2 hours

Weed around school buildings.

(they have been sprayed dead remnants just need removing)

Paint scuff marks on buildings.

Replace burnt out lights in Church.*

(14 foot ladder work)

Remove/replace water heater in admin. Building.**

Replace Administration front door.

Map out bird nesting areas for sealing this fall.

Big jobs more than 2 hours

Paint front of two story school building, bottom of deck down.

Spread new bark in area behind overflow room.

Remove and replace rotting fascia, along front of admin. Building.

Scrape peeling paint on Admin. Building windows prime and repaint.

Replace loose window putty Admin. Building front windows.

Remove peeling paint from trim on Parish Hall repaint.

Major repairs

The South wall of the overflow room needs attention

1.Remove rotting fascia

2.Replace backed out nails with screws and seal

3.Prime and paint wall panels

4.Replace fascia and paint

5. Install protective metal flashing as per code

6. Replace any damaged panels

Repair/replace and paint facade on front of administration building

Build new backstop.

Upgrade outside lighting with led's more light lower cost.

Replace worn carpet as necessary.

Remove damaged kneelers.*

Repair damage to the ends of pews.*

Repair cracked and raised deck in front of Sanctuary.***

Reseal parking lot.

The parsonage needs a new stove $1400+. And the roof needs attention

Summer Calvary Club
It appears that we have enough students, but please continue to fill out this form so we may plan for staffing needs. 

School PicnicPicnic attire must be in good taste. No swimsuits; opaque t-shirts must not be see-through, shorts are acceptable or a swimsuit worn under t-shirt and shorts, with water shoes or flip flops--no bare feet. 
 
We still need some volunteers to help with the set up, the snow cones, popcorn machine, dunk tank and bounce house and with clean up. Sign up sheet is between 1st/2nd room and Kindergarten. A great PPP opportunity.

Librarian - help students check out books once a week.
 
Sign Board (on 2-story bldg) - update messages.
 
Lost & Found - reunite clothing with owner, donate un-named clothing to charity.
 
Recycle Empty Toner Cartridges - contact office for details.
 
Fundraiser Coordinator - Coordinate fundraisers with principal and parent group.
 
These jobs will fulfill all 20 hours. Please contact the office if you are interested.
