IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL CALVARY FAMILIES AND FRIENDS
Monday, December 14
When a crisis occurs within a family that is when the entire family unit comes together to support those they love. Mrs. Karla Regnier and Mrs. Nancy Schibler, administrative assistants to Pastor Smith and Dr. Chivalette have encountered a serious crisis in both of their lives over the past week. Mrs. Regnier suffered a heart attack last week and is presently stable as she recovers at home. She is expected to return in the next week or so. Mrs. Schibler's husband, Mike, suffered a stroke this past weekend and is in the ICU Neuro division of the hospital. Both of these ladies are invaluable to our church and school. Both work long hours seeking to serve our families and students at Calvary Lutheran School. Our combined prayers on behalf of both of these incredible ladies are vital at this time. Please join us in holding both of them up before the Lord (James 5:15).
As a family, it is an opportunity to help the Schibler's at this time of the year. Mike Schibler is in critical condition and is expected to be in rehabilitation anywhere from six months to one year recovering from his stroke. I would like to ask each Calvary Lutheran School family to contribute, as you feel led, to a special "Angel Box" which will help the Schibler family over the course of the Christmas holiday season into the 2016 New Year. Please make all contributions out to Calvary Lutheran School designated for the Schibler family at the bottom of the check.
We sincerely wish each of you a blessed Christmas Holiday and are grateful for the opportunity of serving the Lord and your children at Calvary Lutheran School.
In His Grace,
Dr. Michael Hemme Chivalette, Superintendent
Pastor Kelly Smith, Senior Pastor
