Calvary Club (K – 8th) – Survey/Sign-Up
Thanksgiving Break
Monday, November 21st - Wednesday, November 23rd
Calvary Club is taking a head count for those students in Kindergarten thru 8th grade, who will be needing child care Thanksgiving Break (Monday, November 21, thru Wednesday, November 23, 2016).
If you are in need of child care, you MUST fill out the Calvary Club Survey and return it to Mrs. Chelie or the school secretary – no later than Thursday, November 10, 2016.
Note: If we do not have enough children signed-up by November 10th, Calvary Club will be closed for the Thanksgiving break
The Survey/Sign-up forms may be found in Calvary Club or the school office. Please complete one in full for your family and return to Mrs. Chelie or the school secretary by next Thursday, November 10, 2016.
