A new Athletic Program including more options for P.E, recess time and team sports. 21st century technology - presenting...Myschoolworx!  A web-based app that gives a parent one-stop shopping--pay your bill, check your child's homework/calendar/grades, update your info or email other parents or teachers in the school directory. New classroom technology - Interactive (Smart) Boards & iPads. International Foreign Exchange Program - sharing our faith, family and education with students from overseas. And don't forget our ESE Program - we will be expanding the already popular and successful ESE Program, giving students tutoring to help them meet and exceed their goals. Calvary Club & MySchoolWorx - 6/7/13

Dear Friends,   We at Calvary Lutheran School are upgrading our school communication and tuition collection systems by joining with 'myschoolworx', an online tuition management/administration/teacher-family communication system.  A $45 annual per family service fee will continue to be assessed.   The transition time is taking a little longer than anticipated and we apologize for that.    We are canceling all SMART tuition accounts and we are asking that all families who are paying their tuition over twelve (12) months to please make their June tuition payment in the office no later than June 30.   If you have not returned the SMART contract, please do so today, so that we have all of the current information to set up the 'myschoolworx' account.   This is an exciting advancement for Calvary Lutheran School and we are glad that you are able to share in this giant step forward into the 21st Century Technology of communication.   Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and I appreciate your understanding.       Sincerely,                               Marjorie Luehrs                                                                                                                           Marjorie Luehrs Vice Principal Calvary Lutheran School                                                                                                   ************************************************* Calvary Club will be available from Monday, June 10th to Friday, June 28th! Calvary Lutheran School Information - 6/5/13

Due to the necessary adjustment to our Summer School Program, we have been informed that some of our parents are in need of summer daycare for the month of June. Please indicate below your needs and return by tomorrow so that we may attempt to accommodate our families. Summer Calvary Club Dates: June 10-14, June 17-21, June 24-28 No Summer Calvary Club the week of July 4th Weekly Rates 8:30 am to 3:00 pm ($170) 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm ($30) 7:00 am to 8:30 am ($20) Hrly Rate for drop-ins ($5) ___ Yes,  ___ # of children, ___ Hrs. needed   You can call or email this information to your child's teacher or the school's office.   *************************************************  Tomorrow, Thursday June 6th is Free Dress   and an early dismissal - 11:30!!     ******************************************************  Don't forget to sign up for Summer School & VBS -   Forms are in the school office.   ******************************************************  Any student medications left in the school office will be sent home with the student tomorrow, and don't forget to check the Lost & Found one last time. ******************************************************   Have a great Summer!!!!
