Dear Calvary Lutheran School Friends and Families,
You will soon be receiving a copy of our one-year strategic plan for Calvary Lutheran School (CLS). Shortly thereafter, you will receive copies of our three and five-year strategic plans. The goal of Pastor Smith, the Board of Governors, and myself, is to lay out and define the direction God is leading CLS over the course of the next five years. Scripture says, "Without no vision, the people perish" (Prov. 29:18). Calvary has tremendous potential and promise as most are aware. However, without a firm conviction of the future direction and the necessary focus and leadership to accomplish such goals, it will become merely words on paper. Please know that it is our commitment and conviction to the Lord to move out on faith and watch God do great things through the ministry at Calvary Lutheran School.
On a side note we have over 75 current students re-registered for the 2015-2016 year.
That is an excellent start as we approach our first of two Open Houses. Our first Open House is tomorrow night, Friday, February 6th. Our next scheduled Open House is Friday, February 20. Both open houses begin at 6:00 p.m. and are set to end at 7:30 p.m. Hope to see you tomorrow night!
