Are you in need of Daycare during the Summer months?
Calvary Club is taking a head count for the Summer Break. Calvary Club Summer Program begins Monday, June 8 - Wednesday, August 19, 2015. The hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day. Cost is $5.00 per hour, or $35.00 per day, per student.
If you are in need of child care for any of these weeks or days, you must print the attached form below, complete it, and return the form to Blenda Schultz or the school office - before Wednesday, MAY 20!
If we do not have enough children signed-up for Summer Calvary Club by Wed., May 20th, we will have to cancel Calvary Club. Please fill out the form if you need any childcare during the summer.
You should have received a form in your child's backpack yesterday. You may pick up forms from the school secretary or Calvary Club. Click below here to open attached enrollment form -
