Dear Calvary Christian School Families and Friends,
Beginning Monday, May 1st, the following guidelines will be implemented
for all visitors (including CCS families/friends):
- The main office door located off of Via Magdalena will be locked from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. A doorbell has been installed with a sign, "For access, please ring the bell." The backdoor between the preschool and office will remain unlocked for students and parents.
- The office will be open only for:
- dropping off and picking up of school children.
- dropping off lunches and items for your child
- seeking to speak with Dr. Chivalette (appointment needed)
- making tuition payments through Mrs. Grace Ling, accounting
This will allow us to focus on the numerous items to process as Calvary Christian School prepares to close.
