Calvary Club Survey - Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 24-26)

CALVARY CLUB - SURVEY Thanksgiving Break Mon., Nov. 24 - Wed., Nov. 26, 2014 Calvary Club is taking a head count for the Thanksgiving break which is Mon., Nov. 24th thru Wed., Nov. 26th.  The hours would be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.   If you are in need of child care for these three (3) days, you must print the attached form below, complete it, and return the form to Blenda Schultz or the school office - before November 10th ! If we do not have enough children signed-up by November 10th, we will have to cancel Calvary Club for those three days.
