School Beautification/Clean-Up (Sat., Jan. 31) & Open House (Feb. 6), 2015

Tomorrow All Hands On Deck!   School Beautification Day this Saturday, January 31, 2015

Dear Family and Friends, In preparation for our upcoming Open House, we will be having a clean-up party tomorrow Saturday, January 31, 2015, starting at 9:00 a.m., until work is complete. We hope you will be able to come and join us while we all help and spruce up our school, church grounds and classrooms. If everyone shows up and does their part, then we can all go home about 12 noon.  So please come! We couldn't help but notice that many of you are missing PPP (Parent Participation Program) hours, so this would be a great opportunity to plug those hours away and help!  If you have any additional rags or sponges at home, please do not forget to bring them with you!  Coffee and Donuts will be served in the morning.

We will need people to help wipe desks and seats in all classrooms, clean and polish white boards, wash windows (inside and out), replace any burnt out lights in all classrooms and wash covers, wash tables in the court yard, sweep walkways and much more. We will also need people to help put up flatscreen TV's up on the walls.

EVERYONE IS INVITED OPEN HOUSE   Friday, February 6, 2015 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Plan to join all CLS family and friends and celebrate our student scholars... that's YOUR child and their many achievements. Bring a friend who might be interested in Calvary and we'll give them the tour.  Everyone can tour the campus, visit all the classrooms, say hi to the teachers, see your child's classroom, see what they have been studying, and enjoy some refreshments! Do not forget the family referral discount. If your family or friend's student enrolls and attends Calvary, both of you will receive a tuition discount for the month. An additional way to earn PPP hours is to donate a fresh batch of cookies or brownies to the school.
