Click on the link below to print out the order form.  We have children and adult sizes in different colors.  If we do not have your size/color in stock, we can order it. Don't forget to fill out the coupons for penguins!  For every 3 items your child sells, he/she can pick out a penguin key chain.  Just fill out a coupon from the letter in the fund- raiser packet and send it with your child. The fundraiser order forms and money are due Friday, Oct. 5th.      Updated School Handbook on Website Please take a moment to click on the link and review the updated CLS Parent/Student Handbook.    Some of the areas that have been changed include:  the Parent Participation    Program (PPP), Discipline, the Lunch program and the Yearbook.     The Handbook is on the website for easy access during the school year.    Calvary Lutheran School Handbook 2012-13 Fall Craft Fair - Oct. 6th & 7th Tables are still available, $30 for a 6-foot table; and $40 for an 8-foot table.  Funds raised from the table rentals and raffle tickets will go to the Scholarship Fund.  Raffle tickets went  home with your child.  If you have sold your tickets and would like more, please contact the office.  Raffle tickets are 2 for a $1.00!  The class with the most tickets sold wins a pizza party!  Tickets will be drawn all weekend and you don't need to be present to win!  Winners will win gifts from the Fair! CLS Band Info & Contract 2012-13 The Experience & One With the Lord   The Experience is our Youth Group for 9th - 12th grades, and One With the Lord or OWL is our Youth Group for 6th - 8th grades.    Click on the links below for each Youth Group's calendar.    Don't miss out on the fun and fellowship!              OWL Calendar 2012-13   The Experience Calendar - October 2012 Cougar Parent Meeting & Auction Meeting - Wed. 10/10 @ 6pm    There will be a Cougar Parent Association (CPA) meeting on Wed. Oct. 10th.  The focus for this meeting will be the upcoming Calvary auction.           Don't miss this chance to help plan and organize the year's biggest party, and get 1 PPP hour for coming.  Our theme this year is:  "Luau!"  Mahalo!     Lost & Found Be sure to check the Lost & Found bin periodically.  There is an accumulation of clothing and lunch bags.     At the end of the month, any items not claimed and without names will be donated to a fellow church.       ______________________________________________________________________ Parking Lot Rules & Regulations Please observe all safety rules when driving in and out of the parking lot. ENTER: Via Arriba Follow parking lot attendants & arrows on parking lot. Drive slowly and watch carefully. Parking lot speed is 5mph or less. Stop in designated parking areas only. Parents of PS-3rd grade students are to park and walk children to and from classrooms. Students in Grades 4th-8th are required to walk to class in designated areas only. Bikes and other transportation devices are to be walked to and from designated areas. EXIT: Via Magdalena Attendance & Gates Being prompt and in attendance for school days is the foundation to a child's education. To ensure the safety of our students, the following schedule will be adhered to:   AM Classroom Doors: 8:15-8:30 ....... AM Gates: 7:00-8:35 PM Classroom Doors: 3:00-3:10 ....... PM Gates: 2:50-3:10   Students who arrive on campus before 8:10 am will be checked into Calvary Club (CLS Extended Care). Students who arrive after 8:30 am will be directed to check in with the school office to receive a tardy slip for entrance into the classroom. Students who are not involved in after school activities will be checked into Calvary Club at 3:10 pm.   Thank you for your understanding and assistance in ensuring the safety of your children.
