Calvary Club is taking a head count for the Easter break which is Mon., April 6th - Fri., April 10, 2015. The hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
If you are in need of child care for any of these five (5) days, you must print the attached form below, complete it, and return the form to Blenda Schultz or the school office - before Wednesday, March 25th !
If we do not have enough children signed-up by Wed., March 25th, we will have to cancel Calvary Club for these five days.
